Ingredients: 1 banana, sliced
100g plain natural bio yogurt
100ml semi skimmed milk
50g frozen cranberries
NEED A FOOD BLENDER

Description: making your smoothie-
1) refer to the ingredients above
2) peel and slice banana
3) place sliced banana, yogurt and semi skimmed milk into blender
4) whisk for 20 seconds
5) serve in a tall glass and place cranberries on top
