I've taken it for the last 3 years now. During the first 6 months, I ran out & had a minor outbreak...so I made sure not to run out again...until a few weeks ago & to my surprise...no outbreak...I've been able to eat citrus again & spegetti sauce...something I had to give up before the Elderberry due to the acid aggrevating the virus.
