TYCHE
The goddess of luck and chance, Tyche (also calledFortuna) was a daughter of Zeus, and sister to the Moerae. She was believed to haveguided the careers of men, whether for good or bad. She was often represented aswinged, with her eyes bound, and holding a double rudder in her hands, to steer the livesof men through one of two courses.
