Willard Saulsbury (April 17, 1861 - February 20, 1927) was an American lawyer and politician from Wilmington, in New Castle County, Delaware. He was a member of the Democratic Party who served as U.S. Senator from Delaware. He was President pro-tempore of the U.S. Senate from December 4, 1916-March 3, 1919.
