Victor Pecci (born October 15, 1955) is a former professional Paraguayan tennis player. Pecci was born at Asunción.
Regarded as the best Paraguayan tennis player in history, he was ranked as high as No. 9 in the world in singles in 1980, and No. 31 in doubles in 1984. Pecci's career highlight was in the Roland Garros tournament of 1979 when he reached the finals but lost against Bjorn Borg. In 1981 Pecci performed well again in the same tournament, reaching the semi-finals.
