Trusten Polk (May 29, 1811 - April 16, 1876) was a short-termed Democratic Governor of Missouri. Born in ] in Bridgeville, Delaware, he entered into office on January 5, 1857, but resigned on February 27. Acting Democratic Governor Hancock Lee Jackson took his place before another Democratic Governor, Robert Marcellus Stewart, properly took office. He died in 1876 in St Louis, Missouri.
