Sarah Alexander (born January 3, 1971) is an English actress, born in London. Alexander is best known for her television roles in Coupling, Smack the Pony, The Worst Week of My Life, Armstrong and Miller, Red Dwarf, The Strangerers, and Green Wing. In March 2006, the NBC television series Teachers premiered with Alexander appearing as Alice Fletcher.
Alexander speaks fluent Spanish and French, and her brother is a translator.
According to the BBC website, Alexander is writing her own comedy series about journalists with two writers from the Armstrong and Miller production team.
