Richard M. Nolan (December 17, 1943-) is a Minnesota politician from Brainerd, Minnesota. He was a Democratic U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 6th Congressional District from 1975-1981. He did not run for reelection in 1981. He is an alumni of St. John's University.
