Paul Rudd (born April 6, 1969) is an American actor. He was born to Jewish immigrants from England in Passaic, New Jersey and raised in Lenexa, Kansas. He attended the University of Kansas. His credits include Clueless, Wet Hot American Summer, The Cider House Rules, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Romeo and Juliet, Friends (in the recurring role of Mike Hannigan, who married Phoebe Buffay in 2004), and The 40-Year-Old Virgin. As of May 2006, Rudd can be seen in the Broadway production Three Days of Rain co-starring Julia Roberts. In the summer of 2006, Rudd reunites with Clueless director Amy Heckerling in the romantic comedy I Could Never Be Your Woman opposite Michelle Pfeiffer.
He is considered a member of the Frat Pack, a group of comedy actors who appear in films together.
