Marlon Wayans (born July 23, 1972) is an actor, producer, writer, and director of movies, beginning with his role as a pedestrian in I'm Gonna Git You Sucka in 1988. From 1995 until 1999, Marlon co-starred in the WB sitcom The Wayans Brothers with brother Shawn. Though primarily a comedic actor, he garnered considerable critical acclaim for his dramatic turn in Requiem for a Dream. He has also produced the Scary Movie trilogy and White Chicks. He was sharply criticized for his performance in the 2000 movie Dungeons & Dragons as "Snails," the incompetent Rogue.
Wayans was born in New York City. He is the brother of Shawn Wayans, Keenen Ivory Wayans, Damon Wayans, and Kim Wayans; all celebrities in their own right.
Wayans has two children with girlfriend Angelica Zackary, a son named Shawn Howell and a daughter named Arnai Zackary.
Though the Wayans parents are Jehovah's Witnesses, their children were never baptized as Jehovah's Witnesses. They were only raised with that influence and chose not to do anything about it.
