Leslie Parrish (born March 18, 1935) is an American actress who starred under her birth name, Marjorie Helen Parrish, until she changed it in 1959. Her two most notable roles are as lithe Daisy Mae in Li'l Abner (1959) and as the doomed Jocie Jordan in The Manchurian Candidate (1962).
She has numerous television appearances, including her role in the Star Trek episode "Who Mourns for Adonais?" where Parrish played Lieutenant Carolyn Palamas, who becomes the lust object of the god Apollo.
Parrish married Richard Bach, the author of Jonathan Livingston Seagull, in 1981. She was a major element in two of his subsequent books - The Bridge Across Forever and One - which primarily focused on their relationship and Bach's concept of soulmates. She and Bach have since divorced and remarried.
