Lee Terry (born January 29, 1962), American politician, has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 1999, representing the Omaha-area Second Congressional District. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, he attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Creighton University, graduating with a degree in law. He was a member of the Omaha City Council from 1991-1998, and served for two years as president of the city council. In the House, he is a member of the Energy and Commerce Committee.
