John Jarman (July 17, 1915 - January 15, 1982) was a member of the United States House of Representatives from Oklahoma. Jarman was born in Sallisaw, Oklahoma and he graduated from Yale University. Jarman served in the United States Army during World War II. Jarman was elected to the House in 1950 as a Democrat.
On January 23, 1975, Jarman left the Democratic Party and joined the Republican Party in protest of the removals of Felix Edward Hébert, Wright Patman and William R. Poage from their committee chairmanships. Jarman claimed that the Democratic Party Caucus was "taken over by Liberals."
Jarman declined to seek re-election to the House in 1976.
