Harry A. Richardson (January 1, 1853 - June 16, 1928) was an American businessman and politician from Dover, in Kent County, Delaware. He was a member of the Republican Party, who was U.S. Senator from Delaware. He served from Mar. 4, 1907 - Mar. 3, 1913.
