Glenn English (Born November 30, 1940 in Cordell, Oklahoma) was a U.S. Representative from Oklahoma for ten successive terms. He is currently the chief executive officer of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. English was first elected in 1975 as a Democratic member of the Ninety-fourth United States Congress. He continued to serve in Congress until his retirement in 1994.
English earned a B.A. from Southwestern State College in 1964. He was the executive director of the Oklahoma State Democratic Party from 1969 to 1973.
