Frank A. LoBiondo (born May 12, 1946) is a trucking executive and American Republican Party politician, who has been a member of the United States House of Representatives since 1995, representing New Jersey's Second Congressional District (map). The Second Congressional District of New Jersey includes all of Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland and Salem Counties and parts of Camden, Gloucester and Burlington Counties. Born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, he attended Georgetown Preparatory School, and then he received a B.A. in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. LoBiondo served on the Cumberland County Board of Chosen Freeholders from 1985 to 1987 and was a member of the New Jersey General Assembly (the lower chamber of the New Jersey Legislature) from 1988 to 1994, when he was elected to the House. He is a member of the Armed Services Committee and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. LoBiondo is a member of the moderate Republican Main Street Partnership.
