Ervin Johnson (born December 21, 1967 in New Orleans, Louisiana) is an NBA basketball player, currently playing for the Milwaukee Bucks. A 6'11", 245-pound center, Johnson was selected 23rd overall by the Seattle SuperSonics in the 1993 NBA Draft, and has played for the Sonics, Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves and Bucks (in two separate stints).
Ervin Johnson is not to be confused with Earvin "Magic" Johnson, the Hall of Fame point guard who led the Los Angeles Lakers to five NBA Championships in the 1980s.
Johnson is currently one of the Bucks team captains. He maintains a positive environment in the locker room, keeping team chemistry high.
