Edmund Patrick Radwan as an American congressman who represented the state of New York. He was born in Buffalo, Erie County, New York, USA on September 22, 1911 and attended the local public schools. He graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School in 1934. Radwan was athletic coach of East High School in Buffalo between 1929 and 1934. He was admitted to the bar in 1935, when he began practicing law in Buffalo. He was the village attorney of Sloan, New York from 1938 to 1940. During World War II Radwan served as a corporal in the United States Army from 1943 to 1945.
Radwan was a member of the New York State Senate from 1945 to December 31, 1950. He served in the House of Representatives as a Republican from January 3, 1951 to January 3, 1959. He was not a candidate for renomination in 1958. He died in Buffalo on September 7, 1959 and is interred in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
