Douglas Fraser (born December 18, 1916) is a Scottish born trade unionist.
He was president of the United Auto Workers union from 1977 to 1983. He is best known for his role in negotiating with Chrysler Corporation during their government-sponsored bailout, obtaining a greater voice for the union in corporate governance.
