Doro Pesch (born 3 June 1964, Düsseldorf, Germany) is a female vocalist, formerly of the heavy metal band Warlock. The blonde, curvy, leather-clad, German bombshell was one of the few female singers of 1980s metal, which was primarily a male dominated genre of music. After Warlock underwent many personnel changes, Pesch was the only surviving original member of the band. Instead of releasing a fifth album under their name, it was released under Doro.
Pesch now pursues a solo career and lives in New York City. Her most recent album Classic Diamonds is a collaboration with The Classic Night Orchestra which reworked some of her earlier songs.
