Cristina Scabbia (born June 6, 1972 in Milan, Italy) is one of two vocalists in the Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil. She also is an advice columnist alongside former Pantera member Vinnie Paul in the popular rock magazine Revolver. Although she attracts a lot of attention for her looks, Cristina has said that the biggest compliment that a fan could pay her would be to remark on her voice. Cristina was once engaged to fellow Lacuna Coil bandmate, bassist Marco Coti Zelati, but their relationship has since come to an end. She is now dating James Root from Slipknot/Stone Sour.
