Chad Lewis (born October 5, 1971) is an American football tight end who most recently played for the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for one year with the St. Louis Rams and went to Brigham Young University. Lewis caught the game clinching touchdown pass in the 2005 NFC Championship which sent the Eagles to their first Super Bowl since 1980. Before attending college, Lewis served as a Mormon missionary for two years in Taichung, Taiwan where he learned to speak Mandarin.
